It is long overdue.
When I was in my ear...Thanks. It is long overdue.

When I was in my early twenties, I used to say that the first thing I'd do when I had a place of my own was to put in a pond--before I even bought a couch or other furniture. I guess I was more practical than I thought...but what held me up the most was gathering enough materials, so I felt confident it would look natural.

I've still got a way to go, but it *is* coming together.

I'd be thrilled to have a heron visit, I just hope my liner doesn't get punctured.

My theory on all of the work involved (in all of my heavy-duty projects)...I'd better do it now while I'm still (relatively) young...that way I can do the smaller stuff when I'm older, *and* sit back and enjoy it all too.Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14531776890396557061noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5624649637319435773.post-32941690201982399282012-06-18T08:29:01.745-04:002012-06-18T08:29:01.745-04:00That's awesome, it will be worth it once it...That's awesome, it will be worth it once it's completed, you'll have herons and frogs in no time! I've been contemplating a adding a water feature too, but the thought of the work involved is holding me back. Someday!Julie Stonehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07971494623569371937noreply@blogger.com
